I began teaching group fitness at age 18, earned my dance degree from SMU and opened my own dance and fitness studio at age 23. What is your favorite form of physical activity? Dancing in my kitchen and walking outside.

Best advice you’ve ever received? Live life to the fullest (from my dad).

What is your hidden talent? To dance in the kitchen AND make lunch at the same time.
