Years at Cooper: Started in March 2019

Hometown: Nappannee, Indiana

Previous work experience prior to coming to Cooper: After graduating from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, I moved to Chicago for graduate school and started working for Chicago Athletic Clubs, a privately-owned group of clubs. After grad school, I was promoted to a Personal Training Manager role for 7.5 years until I moved to Fort Worth in October 2018. Additionally, I had my own business providing in-home personal training services.

What is your favorite form of physical activity? Currently, tennis. I’d love to be like Serena Williams! When the weather isn’t 85 degrees or higher, I enjoy a brisk walk outside with our bulldogs. In the gym, I incorporate functional fitness with power, plyometrics and strength training. I’m also dabbling in Pilates on the reformer.
