What is your favorite form of physical activity? Long-distance running.

If you could have a super power, what would it be? To be able to fly.

If you had an extra hour of free time each day, how would you spend it? Drawing or painting.

I am most productive when…I can be creative!

What book has influenced you and why? Warrior Goddess Training by Heather Ash Amara. It opened my eyes and made me see that I am strong and can do anything I want in life!

Years at Cooper: Full-time since June 2018, but I began subbing here in 2016.

Hometown: Plano, Texas

Previous work experience prior to coming to Cooper: I started in the fitness industry while in college at Texas A&M. From there, I have worked at a variety of health clubs and yoga studios in addition to my role as a Master Trainer for Barre Above and Balletone by Savvier Fitness. I also worked three years as a first grade teacher while building my credentials in the fitness industry.

What is your favorite form of physical activity? I love all group fitness classes, but my favorite is power vinyasa yoga. I also love going for walks outside when the weather is nice.
