5 Since the launch of Myzone® heart rate technology last month, nearly 220 members have earned 340,000+ Myzone Effort Points (MEPs) for their physical activity and burned 1.2 million calories. To train in the zone—your heart rate zone—our Cooper Quest quarterly fitness challenges incorporate Myzone. Also, beginning this month, when you take a class in the Aerobics Studio, you'll be able to monitor your heart rate on the flat screen just like in our Indoor Cycling and Small Group Training classes. If you could have a super power, what would it be? Teleportation. Traffic wouldn’t be part of my vocabulary and I could visit family, friends and cool places after work every day.
