2 Enhance your workouts with our new FreeMotion® strength equipment installed in October and all new cardio equipment coming later this month. Also Nov. 13-20, we’re replacing the flooring underneath the strength equipment. During the installation, all strength equipment will be temporarily relocated to the basketball court and will be available for use. Continue reading for more details.

What is your favorite form of physical activity? Bicycling.

Best advice you’ve ever received? Ask questions without pride getting in the way. “It’s better to be stupid for one moment, than stupid for a lifetime.”

If you could have a super power, what would it be? Levitate/fly.

If you had an extra hour of free time each day, how would you spend it? Dreaming about cars!

How would you like to be remembered? As a superior motivator of people and humanitarian.

Hometown: Boston, Massachusetts

Previous work experience prior to coming to Cooper: I owned my own massage business in Galveston, Texas, until it was destroyed in 2008 by Hurricane Ike. In 2009, I worked as a massage therapist on a cruise ship for nine months, and since then I’ve worked as an independent contractor massage therapist.

What is your favorite form of physical activity? Walking and working out.

What do you consider your greatest achievement? Well, I’m not done achieving yet so I can’t definitively answer this question!

Best advice you’ve ever received? To trust my instincts and intuition in situations.

What is your hidden talent? I write poetry and I’m writing a book.
