Our Group Orienteering scavenger hunt for kids ages 8+ is this Thursday, May 4, 5-6 p.m. Orienteering mixes physical activity, entertaining challenges and teamwork. What do you consider your greatest achievement? Personally, my greatest achievement is getting out of college debt free!

Best advice you’ve ever received? “You always have time for the things you make time for.”

Previous work experience prior to coming to Cooper: I started my fitness career as a personal trainer at Lifetime Fitness in Houston and then moved into sports performance. Most recently I was a speed and strength coach at Performance Vault here in Dallas.

What is your favorite form of physical activity? Hands down, basketball. Top Golf is a close second.
