Give your kids a fun-filled evening at CFC while you enjoy an evening out. The next Kids’ Night Out is Friday, March 3, 5-8:30 p.m., and the theme is “Let’s Have a Ball.” The cost includes games and crafts with pizza and fruit for dinner. Register online.

Now’s an ideal time to join a Group Exercise Class! Having recently launched heart rate tracking in all Indoor Cycling classes, we will be adding this new technology to classes in the Aerobics Studio as well. Plus we now have the added bonus of virtual cycling and mind/body classes beginning March 27. Since these classes are included in your membership, you may just want to try out more than one! Group water classes return April 1. Classes beginning in April include Hydrofabulous, H20 Boot Camp, Water Works and a new class, Water Trifecta. Complete details and the schedule will be available soon.
Save the date for our annual Eggstravaganza, Saturday, April 8, 9 a.m.-noon. The family-fun event includes a petting zoo, inflatables, train rides, an egg hunt and much more. It’s free and open to the public.
