Horseradish Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. salmon filet
  • ¼ cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Cover baking sheet with foil. Place salmon filet skin side down on baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl mix together bread crumbs, horseradish, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon herb mixture evenly over salmon and gently press with finger tips or spoon to help it adhere.
  5. Bake salmon for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
