Years at Cooper: I started working at Cooper last month, January 2020. But my parents are members, so I grew up in Cooperized Kidz and started working out with them as soon as I was old enough.

Hometown: Dallas, Texas

Previous work experience prior to coming to Cooper: I worked as a salon hostess at J. Grace Salon, retail sales associate at Lou Lou’s Boutique and Adeline Dallas and a senior counselor at Blue Mountain Ranch kids summer camp.

What is your favorite form of physical activity? Rock climbing/bouldering.

Best advice you’ve ever received? Do all things with purpose.

I am most productive when…The sun is shining!

How many siblings do you have? I’m the youngest of three.

How would your closest friends describe you (in three words)? Joyful, energetic, trustworthy.

Do you prefer outdoor or indoor workouts? Outdoor, because you can hear, smell and see so much more when you’re outside! Personally, it helps me to feel more gratitude being able to take so much in while working to better myself.

What is your favorite saying/quote/phrase? It’s a great day to be alive!

What product could you not live without? My Nalgene water bottle.

My favorite color is…Orange.

If you could have any pet, what would you choose? A racoon.

If you had to sing a karaoke song, what song would you choose? “Don’t Stop Me Now,” by Queen.

Where is the most interesting place you’ve lived? Florissant, Colorado.

Where is your ideal vacation spot? Anywhere in the mountains.
