Congratulations to member Roger Cooper and Group Exercise Instructor Donna Fisher who completed the Dallas Spartan obstacle race in late October. Their hard work and training paid off. Roger has been participating in the Spartan events for four years and Donna for six.
New track, new kicks! On Nov. 18, members found their stride in the latest running and walking shoes—courtesy of Run On!—on our newly-resurfaced outdoor track. At the event, members also learned about the newest My Cooper Rewards perk—$25 off a $100 purchase at the Run On! Preston/Forest location.
