Julie Wardner, Cooper Quest Champion 2018 (pictured right), was the first to take the Cooper Quest Vitamin Quiz on July 22. She continues to stay active in the Cooper Quest member wellness program to help achieve her fitness goals and improve her health.

On July 26, members learned how to make healthy meals in a hurry at our Cooper Quest cooking demo! Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Cindy Kleckner whipped up Rainbow Asian Slaw with Grilled Salmon, Mason Jar Chopped Cobb Salad, Shrimp Tostadas and (non-alcoholic) S’mores Shake Shots.

Move.Laugh.Connect. video shoot

Lights, camera, action. In July a series of Move.Laugh.Connect. (MLC) training videos were filmed with Dr. Cooper, Carla Sottovia, CFC Director of Fitness & Personal Training Education and MLC Content and Education Director and Drs. Charles and Susan Sterling.
