Member Picnic 2019
A Cooper Fitness Center tradition, our annual Member Appreciation Picnic was held May 21. The weather cooperated as members, teammates and their families enjoyed dinner, live music, face painting and lawn games. Thank you to our vendors, with entertainment from The Tu-Tones, photo booth by Joy Squad Dallas Photo Booth and a healthy-inspired Greek picnic catered by Heart to Heart Catering. View photos.

Myzone Zone Match cycling class

Members took a spin on our new Keiser bikes in Myzone Zone Match cycling classes May 6-9. On their ride, they worked to achieve various levels of intensity—based on the heart rate zones—and learned about on-demand cycling classes also available in the studio.

Youth Triathlon Clinic Mini-Triathlon

Run, bike and swim! Our six-week Youth Triathlon Training Clinic led by Swim Pro Marni Kerner wrapped up on May 7 with a mini-triathlon. Congratulations to our youth athletes who biked, swam and ran to the finish line with some of the cheering parents joining in the last mile.
