Congratulations to more of the Top 10 finishers in our summer Cooper Quest Burn the Fat body composition challenge.

- Elizabeth Allen, mom of one-year-old twin girls, is all about maximizing her time in the gym. She finished #3 with 18,333 Myzone Effort Points (MEPs) in six weeks. Beyond her Fitbit, Myzone encourages Elizabeth to push the intensity of her workouts for the most benefit. She does weight training with Professional Fitness Trainer Lisa Hanley, walks on the treadmill and power walks in her neighborhood when she can't make it to Cooper.

- Bill Bond, longtime member and avid cyclist, placed fourth with a total of 12,975 MEPs. "Myzone has created a whole new challenge for me!" Bill's geared up this month's Cooperthon challenge. On Sept. 30 he warmed up for the challenge with the Big Dam Bridge 100 Cycling Tour in Little Rock, Arkansas.

- Theresa Chacon earned 9,452 MEPs. You can find her in the Cycle Studio, at Boot Camp, on the treadmill and attending Cooper Quest health lectures. Theresa said, "Myzone made me fall in love with running again!"
