Years at Cooper: Started in June 2017

Hometown: Argyle, Texas

Previous work experience prior to coming to Cooper: I was a fitness specialist and personal trainer at Chesapeake Energy’s corporate fitness center in Oklahoma City.

What is your favorite form of physical activity? Strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and running.

What do you consider your greatest achievement? Graduating from The University of Oklahoma (OU) and earning my personal training certification.

What’s the biggest compliment you’ve ever received? That I will do what I say I will do.

Do you volunteer in your community? During my four years at OU, I was part of Sooners Helping Sooners. It’s the only student-led aid organization at OU, and its purpose is to raise money to provide grants to students with unforeseen emergencies that would keep them from being able to stay in school and graduate. I chaired the organization my senior year.

What is your favorite family tradition? I watch football every Sunday with my dad and brother, and they've taught me everything from player stats to how to talk football. We're huge Ravens fans and went to the 2013 Super Bowl the year they won.

How would your closest friends describe you (in three words)? Loyal, driven and enthusiastic.

What are three things you can always find in your refrigerator or pantry? Greek yogurt, coffee and avocados.

If you could have any pet, what would you choose? I love my Chiweenie (Chihuahua/dachshund mix), Hunny.

If you could go to one theme park, which would it be and why? Disney World. I love the princesses even at 21.

Have you lived outside of the U.S., if so, where? The summer of 2016 I studied abroad in Spain.

Where is the most interesting place you’ve lived? I've lived in Maryland, Georgia, California, Mississippi, Texas and Oklahoma. We moved every few years when I was younger because of my dad's job. It was tough having to move and make a new life in a new state, but I attribute my close family and personable/open personality to adapting to those experiences.
