Member Gary von Kennel checked in 37 times during August, making him our latest Check-in Champion. He enjoys strength training, core class and the CFC community overall.

 

 



In September we welcomed our fall interns, David Ernst and Caitlin Carter. David recently completed his Master of Science in Health and Kinesiology at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Caitlin recently received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Exercise Science from University of Houston.

 

 



Mona Mohamed enjoyed a heart-pumping, strength-building boxing workout with Boxing Pro Derrick James.

On Sept. 29, members and their families enjoyed our annual Fall Movie Night. The evening included swimming and pool games, Disney’s animated movie “Inside Out” and dinner provided by Cedars Woodfire Grill. See photos.
