Members Doug Johnson and Jeana Campbell show off "their abs" in the Member Picnic photo booth.

May 23 was our annual Member Picnic. The evening included dinner catered by CN Catering, music by The Tu-Tones, lawn games and face painting for the kids. The rain didn’t put a damper on the festivities. We picnicked inside CFC for the beginning, and when the rain cleared, we moved everything outside to enjoy the rest of the evening. See photos.

Our quarterly Cooper Quest Week was May 1-5. Members participated in a variety of activities including the five Cooper Quest assessments, one-on-one health coaching, lectures on sun safety and mindful relaxation, swim clinics and much more. See photos.

Congratulations to Member Jerri Grail. She was our Check-In Champion in April—she checked in to CFC 36 times that month. Jerri enjoys running on the outdoor track, taking yoga classes, attending the core class on the fitness floor and lifting weights.

Eat. Sleep. Ride. Repeat. Marni Kerner's Thursday 12:15 p.m. Indoor Cycle Class completed a 200-mile challenge on May 25. Way to go!

“Thanks to the amazing trainer Mary Edwards, strength training has become an important part of my regimen. Lately, I am enjoying long walks and for years, indoor cycling has been my go-to workout. The girls and I absolutely love our neighborhood bike rides.” – Member Marissa Anchia

"I love Cooper. The staff at Cooperized Kidz is top-notch. Without them, I would not be able to work out. I love the trainers and classes. I just competed in a triathlon and could not have done it without Cooper. Everyone greets you with a warm welcome and a smile. I always leave with a smile on my face." – Member Crystal Smith
