Easy Citrus-Marinated Chicken Breasts with Honey and Cayenne

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper


Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and place into a covered pan or plastic food storage bag.
  2. Coat the chicken well and let the chicken marinate for two hours.
  3. Remove from the marinade and grill or broil the chicken for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. When pierced with a fork, juices will run clear.
