Flu & Cold Season Prevention
Vaccinate – Top prevention method to avoid getting the flu. Practice good hand hygiene – Wash your hands often. Cover your nose and mouth – Use your sleeve when you cough or sneeze if you do not have a tissue. Avoid close contact with sick people – When you are sick, keep your distance from others. Disinfect Surfaces – Clean door knobs, keyboards, cell and telephone—at home and work!
