Tilapia en Papillote

Tilapia en Papillote

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 4 oz. tilapia filets
  • ½ red pepper, sliced
  • ½ yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed orange juice
  • Zest of one orange

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375◦F
  2. Arrange assortment of sliced peppers in the center of a piece of heavy-duty foil
  3. Place tilapia filets on top of the sliced peppers
  4. Season with lemon pepper seasoning, fresh orange juice and orange zest
  5. Add additional herbs as desired
  6. Fold foil into a small package and bake in oven until done (approximately 10 minutes)
