Tilapia en Papillote

Ingredients:
- 2 4 oz. tilapia filets
- ½ red pepper, sliced
- ½ yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed orange juice
- Zest of one orange
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375◦F
- Arrange assortment of sliced peppers in the center of a piece of heavy-duty foil
- Place tilapia filets on top of the sliced peppers
- Season with lemon pepper seasoning, fresh orange juice and orange zest
- Add additional herbs as desired
- Fold foil into a small package and bake in oven until done (approximately 10 minutes)
