Try Our Vegetarian Hummus Dip and Spread with Olive Oil Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-15 oz. can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tbsp. crushed garlic (jar or fresh)
  • 1⁄4 cup light olive oil olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. tahini (sesame seed paste; optional)
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. sea salt

Directions

Place all of the above ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy. Serve with sliced cucumbers or whole grain pita!

Serving size: 2 oz. or 1/4 cup
