Ingredients:

1 (6”) corn tortilla

¼ cup smashed black beans

¼ cup diced avocado

2 Tbsp. salsa
Directions:

In a small bowl, smash blacked beans until smooth consistency.

Spread black beans onto the corn tortilla.

Cook in microwave for 45 seconds.

Cut avocado into small diced cubes.
-
Top with avocado and salsa.

Roll into a burrito and enjoy!
