Ease and Convenience of the Cooper Healthy Body Supplement Pack

Convenient.  What does that mean to you?  Webster’s Dictionary defines it as “suited to personal comfort or easy performance” or “being near at hand.” We are often looking for the most convenient, time efficient ways to complete everyday tasks in our lives, and finding a convenient way to take our supplements is no exception.

We are excited to introduce new, improved packaging for Cooper Complete® Healthy Body Packs to make the packets easier to open. Many of you emailed or phoned us to explain that the packet was convenient to carry but not ideal for opening and getting the vitamins out. In some cases the omega-3 softgels would even stick to the inside of the packet. Based on your comments we developed a new packaging material that can be easily opened and is stick-resistant, making the packets even more convenient. Just throw one in your lunch bag, purse or briefcase to have available to easily take throughout the day.

Each Healthy Body Pack canister contains 30 individual packets. Each daily packet contains Cooper Complete®, Basic One Iron Free multivitamin and mineral supplement and two Cooper Complete ® Advanced Omega-3 softgels.

Basic One multivitamin contains 2000 IU of vitamin D3. This amount is higher than what is found in many formulations because research from Cooper Institute and large national studies show that about 80 percent of us do not receive the recommended level of vitamin D we through our diet and sun exposure. Low vitamin D levels are tied to poor bone health, weak immune systems and cardiovascular disease.

Advanced Omega-3 (also known as fish oil) is a 60 percent concentration of the critical omega-3 acids, EPA and DHA. More than 18,000 published studies indicate that brain health, inflammation and the immune system benefit from fish oil. Since most of us only eat fish once every 11 days, our diets often fall short of what we need to reap the benefits of omega-3. Taking an omega-3 supplement can help meet our needs.

A comprehensive multivitamin cannot replace a good diet, but the Healthy Body Pack can offer some assurance for people whose diets fall short of obtaining necessary nutrients from food.
